About The Position
As a Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) serving the Rowlett, TX market, you’ll build and own your book of business through community education programs, referrals, and funeral home unfunded files, backed by Precoa’s proven marketing engine. You get full control of your calendar, uncapped commission tied directly to your performance, and a dedicated field manager with deep local relationships ready to help you grow. Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
- 2-5+ years consultative sales experience is helpful.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-up.
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
