Requirements

• A NORTH CAROLINA FUNERAL DIRECTOR LICENSE is REQUIRED.
• Highly ethical approach to sales.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Comfortable working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software.
• Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• NORTH CAROLINA Life Insurance License PREFERRED.
• FUNERAL industry experience PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families in the Western North Carolina area daily who are interested in planning ahead for funeral wishes.
• Walk families through the process of planning ahead step by step.
• Utilize provided leads from a variety of sources.
• Engage in sales activities to achieve earning potential.
• Participate in sales contests.
• Collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
• Take initiative and ownership in the role.
