Seeking a Funeral Home Manager at Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery – Nashville, TN. Requirements

Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer in Tennessee (or ability to reciprocate)
5+ years of experience in the funeral profession or related field
2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
A hands-on, accessible leadership style
An entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, solve problems, and think like an owner

Responsibilities

Lead from the front – build a culture that is respectful, communicative, accountable, and service-driven
Own the business by directing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and long-term growth
Drive results by achieving case volume and revenue goals while maintaining strong expense discipline
Engage the community through outreach, events, and partnerships with churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations
Develop your team by hiring, coaching, and motivating professionals to consistently exceed family expectations
