About The Position

The Facility Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Assists with multiple functions of facilities operations and care for a portfolio of national commercial sites and related properties.

Requirements

Minimum of three to five years of related experience in commercial facilities management and property management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and planning skills; time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to effectively present information and respond to sensitive issues
Ability to use a work order system
Knowledge of leases, contracts, and related documents
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
Certification in facilities management is preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards of customer service
Develop and maintains positive relationships with site leaders
Coordinate, oversee, and manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors
Held responsible for facilities inspections and reports
Coordinate and manage moves, adds, and change activities
Obtain and review proposals for the procurement of equipment and services
Hold vendors to a high standard of performance
Review and monitor daily work order report and weekly work order report
Assure optimal functioning of building systems
Track and update stakeholders on projects
Assist in special projects for the department as needed
