Requirements
- Hold and maintain a Funeral Director and Embalmer license that is valid in your area or possess the ability to reciprocate
- Have passed the National Board Exam
- A minimum of one year of similar or related experience
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet the driving performance standards as determined by management
- MVR’s may be reviewed annually for compliance, and any conviction or at-fault accidents should be immediately reported to management
Responsibilities
- Provide care and guidance to families during and after the arrangement process
- Supervise and support funeral, visitation, memorial and graveside services
- Float between chapels in the Aurora/Lakewood area to support as needed
- Assist with removals as needed
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
