About The Position

We’re hiring Fundraising Representatives in Santa Barbara to support major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns. This is an entry-level role with paid training, ideal for people interested in nonprofits, advocacy, marketing, communications, community outreach, or public engagement. No previous experience is required - we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and working in team environments. Requirements

Minimum 3 full shifts per week commitment.
Minimum 21 hours per week commitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort speaking with new people.

Interest in nonprofit or advocacy work.
Ability to work outdoors and on their feet.

Nice To Haves
