The Funding Analyst for our Client Experience team will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day processing of real estate investment loans. You'll coordinate with key stakeholders, including title companies, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of funds. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate across departments and with external partners. Your efforts directly support a positive borrower experience and help maintain the quality and compliance of our loan pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in funding, underwriting, closing, or processing within the real estate financing industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of lending principles, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with loan management software a plus
  • Familiarity with real estate loan documents and title procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Crebrid guidelines
  • Work together with title companies, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure all funding requirements are met, address any issues or discrepancies promptly, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Accurately maintain and update loan records in the company’s loan management system, ensuring the timely and accurate documentation of all funding activities
  • Track loan status and proactively address discrepancies or issues to avoid delays and ensuring all funding conditions are satisfied
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve funding-related issues and ensure smooth communication and problem-solving throughout the funding process
