The Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation (RAHF) is seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Funding & Accountability Officer. This role is crucial for advancing impactful healthcare initiatives through strong funding stewardship, transparent processes, and meaningful evaluation. The Funding & Accountability Officer will coordinate and strengthen the Foundation’s funding, granting, evaluation, and distribution processes, supporting initiatives that improve patient experience, health outcomes, equity, and community well-being. This position ensures alignment between strategic funding priorities and operational processes, overseeing the administration and distribution of Foundation funds while ensuring compliance with donor intent, funding agreements, and internal policies. The role also leads reporting, evaluation, and accountability practices to support informed decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to ensuring funding decisions are rigorous, effective, and aligned with organizational priorities.
