Position Overview As a Fund Servicing Analyst, you will support fund servicing operations by executing routine transactions, performing valuation analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a key role in derivative valuation analysis and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong cybersecurity awareness.

Requirements

Foundational knowledge or experience in fund servicing operations
Exposure to derivative products and valuation concepts
Ability to execute routine transactions with high accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience contributing to operational improvement initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

Execute routine fund servicing transactions in accordance with established procedures and controls
Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Remain vigilant regarding cybersecurity practices to safeguard sensitive information
Utilize strong communication and active listening skills to understand and address client needs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using innovation and design-thinking techniques
Provide independent valuation services for OTC derivative products, including: Rates Credit Equity FX Inflation Commodity Volatility / Variance swaps
Produce and analyze daily OTC derivative valuations within client portfolios
Compare valuations across multiple sources and clearly articulate valuation movements using Greeks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
Resolve ad-hoc issues related to third-party valuations, procedures, and operational processes
