Banner Health Foundation is seeking a dedicated and strategic Development Manager, Corporate Giving to expand our corporate fundraising efforts. The Fund Development Program Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical leaders and senior administrators, to align corporate engagement strategies with institutional priorities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building meaningful partnerships that support both the mission of Banner Health and the philanthropic interests of corporate partners. They will be expected to think critically and creatively about ways to align corporate social responsibility goals with the healthcare system’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new corporate prospects, managing existing donor relationships, and supporting fundraising event sponsorship with a focus on donor engagement and long-term sustainability. The Development Manager will also play a critical role in securing grant funding from companies and corporate foundations.
