The Analyst is responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients that consists of institutional investors. The Role The Analyst is responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients that consists of institutional investors. Key Responsibilities Underwrites and coordinates the closing of Fund Finance credit products in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures. Reviews information, evaluates risk, and engages with clients, building relationships with appropriate stakeholders. Communicates internally to recommend and execute on responses to changing situations for clients / across the portfolio broadly. Ensures that portfolio management practices meet Avidbank standards. Analyzes market conditions to ensure proper underwriting standards and portfolio management is being maintained. Performs pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within framework of Bank credit culture and current economic and industry trends. Gathers and analyzes all information necessary to present a financing request to senior management or Loan Committee for approval. Solves problems relative to processing and servicing of loans within the portfolio; prepares loan disbursements in accordance with agreements. Reviews quarterly financial reporting, borrowing bases, and compliance certificates to assess compliance with credit agreements.
