About The Position

Join our Fund Administration team and play a key role in supporting the financial, operational, and compliance activities of mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds, and business development companies. In this client-facing position, you will serve as a primary contact for fund clients and coordinate with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys, and auditors. Responsibilities include monitoring fund budgets and expenses, reviewing financial statements, and helping ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, and regulatory requirements. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, relationship management, and financial reporting skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Supports the day-to-day financial and compliance operations of a mutual fund, exchange-traded fund, closed-end fund and/or business development company client. Responsible for primary contact with fund clients including coordination of activities and communications of fund operations and service providers such as investment advisor, custodian, transfer agent, fund accountant, attorneys and auditors. Duties may include monitoring and/or reviewing a fund budget based on contractual agreements, fee proposals and expense activity trends. Help prepare and/or review financial statements for client shareholders and test/review portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of related work experience
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
