About the Opportunity: The Fund Administration Coordinator is part of the Fund Administration team at the University of Montana Foundation. This position will support the Assistant Director of Fund Administration and act as a liaison to campus partners relating to fund maintenance and compliance. This is an internal facing role focused on supporting operations, coordination, and team priorities. This position ensures that fund documentation and information is routed, tracked, stored, and distributed as needed. In addition, the coordinator must foster and sustain positive relationships with colleagues in the UM Foundation and at the University of Montana to facilitate communications regarding the activities of Fund Administration.
