About The Position

Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in Financial Services. The role involves providing a full range of fund accounting services to clients, including NAV review and preparation, fee schedule review/preparation, investor allocation review/preparation, and review of audited Financial Statements. The position also requires communication with internal MUFG teams and external clients, and completion of ad hoc requests and projects.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years' experience in a Fund Administration role.
• Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching/ mentoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Geneva

Nice To Haves

• University degree/Professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc will be considered as an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to clients, including NAV review and preparation, including reviewing accruals, security pricing, cash and security position reconciliations.
• Review/Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management and performance fees, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.
• Review/Prepare Investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly.
• Review/Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met.
• Review audited Financial Statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services, as applicable.
• Complete other ad hoc requests and projects.
