About The Position

SS&C is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, with over 27,000 employees in 35 countries. Approximately 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations rely on SS&C for expertise, scale, and technology. The SS&C Launch Program is designed to seamlessly transition recent college graduates into their professional careers. It provides entry-level hires with a cross-functional understanding of the organization and equips them with a strong skills foundation to succeed at SS&C. The program includes a 4-week all in-person immersive training period, scheduled from August 3 – August 28, 2026, at a location yet to be determined. Travel, housing, and a daily stipend are included for participants not local to the training location. Upon successful completion of the Launch program and if in good standing, the final placement will be a hybrid role in the Boston office. The program's goal is to expose high-potential graduates to multiple aspects of the financial services business segments, preparing them for future leadership roles within their respective functional areas. Upon completion, participants transition into full-time positions, with placement based on their performance in the program. In addition to project-based assignments, participants rotate through key functional areas within their business segment, contributing to real business challenges. They also engage in professional development activities, providing ample networking opportunities and valuable exposure to company management. The program provides valuable exposure to accounting, valuations, and investor services within SS&C's Hedge Fund Services and Private Markets groups, offering insights into middle-office services, transaction processing, applying accounting principles to complex transactions, financial reporting, and pricing of complex securities.
