About The Position

You’ll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection. This role involves setting up and running functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts, reading technical drawings and work instructions, and using mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications. You will also identify and work to correct issues, keeping quality and productivity at the forefront, and use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking. Additionally, you will support your team by training others, sharing knowledge, and raising the bar.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical prints and schematics
• Capable of following written instructions accurately and efficiently
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Knowledge of hydraulic plumbing systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators
• Experience working safely with high-pressure systems exceeding 6,000 PSI
• Skilled in reading and interpreting analog pressure gauges
