In this role, you’ll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints
- Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators
- Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI)
- Ability to accurately read and interpret analog pressure gauges
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts
- Read technical drawings and work instructions
- Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications
- Identify and work to correct issues
- Keep quality and productivity at the forefront of everything
- Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking
- Support your team — train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar
