About The Position

We are seeking a Functional SAP HTR Consultant with a strong background in business analysis and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP Hire to Retire modules and possess excellent communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management.
• Proven experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of SAP Hire to Retire modules.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and structured project artifacts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to train and onboard users to new systems and processes.
• Experience in knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
