About The Position

Azusa Solutions is seeking skilled Functional Oracle Cloud Core HR Consultants at various experience levels to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals. In this role, you will provide hands-on configuration and functional support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Core HR processes. Whether you are a junior to mid-level consultant looking to deepen your configuration expertise or a senior functional resource who thrives on translating business requirements into working systems, this role offers the opportunity to be a key hands-on contributor. Eligibility: Work must be performed in the contiguous US and involves remote work with possible scheduled on-site visits. Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required. Active Public Trust designation or eligible for a Public Trust.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Core HR Experience: Practical experience configuring, implementing, or supporting the Oracle Cloud Core HR (Global Human Resources) module.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify, triage, and resolve module defects.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams.
  • Certification: Active Oracle Cloud HCM Certification
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Implementation Lifecycle: A solid understanding of multiple Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle phases (such as Design, Configuration, Testing, or Post-Production Support).
  • System Integration Awareness: An understanding of how Core HR connects and integrates with other downstream systems or technical components.

Responsibilities

  • Support Core HR functional requirements-gathering sessions and design workshops.
  • Perform hands-on configuration specifically within the Oracle Cloud Core HR module based on defined business processes.
  • Partner closely with functional, technical, and security teams, as well as client stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end application solutions.
  • Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, evaluating new features and assessing their impact on the client’s Core HR environment.
  • Assist the project team in planning and executing a smooth transition to production.
