About The Position

AMIkids is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join their team and make a difference in the lives of youth. Since 1969, AMIkids has served over 160,000 kids and their families, helping youth realize their full potential and become valuable members of their community. The FFT Supervisor role provides leadership and supervision for day-to-day operations of assigned areas and clinical teams, delivering community-based intensive counseling services to youth and families using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Model. This position requires flexibility in hours to accommodate family availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, and involves travel to various locations.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related Human Services field
Ability to meet professional standards, licensure/certification and/or contract requirements
Two (2) years’ related work experience
Flexible to meet family availability including early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends
Ability to travel
