Adolescent Family Therapist
About The Position
Savio House is seeking therapists to assist at-risk youth and their families with overcoming behavioral challenges using an evidence-based clinical approach that emphasizes individualized treatment to fit the specific needs of each family. The Functional Family Therapist (FFT) engages youth and families impacted by mental health and delinquent behaviors using the FFT model. This role cultivates growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth, helping to change ineffective patterns within the family by increasing positive communication and healthy family dynamics. The goal is to keep youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct. This position supports adolescent clients who may experience mental health issues and display delinquent and/or substance misusing behavior with navigating a variety of systemic pressures. This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field
- DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC, NLC

Responsibilities
