Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources/HR, Economics, MIS or other relevant undergraduate (or graduate) program.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Have experience or an interest in testing activities.
Be legally eligible to work for any employer in the US.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with seasoned consultants to analyze, design, and implement solutions.
Contribute to client engagements across a variety of sectors.
Participate in process mapping work sessions, creating documentation with Visio.
Conduct best practice research and develop innovative solutions.
Assist in testing activities to ensure the quality of solutions.
Develop and maintain productive relationships through meetings and contacts.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for documentation.
