About The Position

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to provide Tier 2 application support, systems analysis, testing, and functional expertise for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience working with end users and development teams, and a solid understanding of federal financial management systems. The Functional Analyst will support application operations, enhancements, testing, documentation, and specialized functional areas while working closely with customers, users, and technical teams to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 5+ years of progressive work experience is required
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with end users and development teams
• Solid understanding of federal financial management systems

Responsibilities

• Serve and provide Tier 2 Helpdesk Analytic support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications – extensive troubleshooting of user issues, communicating resolutions, trends etc.
• Provides specialized support & expertise in the areas of Vendor Management, Security/User access, and G-invoicing
• Responsible for System and Regression Testing of the UFMS and FIRST apps
• Serve as a Systems analyst for FIRST enhancements (requirements analysis, working with customers and developers, testing)
• Update user documentation
