About The Position

Athletes Global Corporation is dedicated to changing the world one day at a time through transformational and innovative services. We empower youth, families, and communities worldwide by teaching leadership skills that promote self-reliance and success. This role involves leading structured fitness and movement-based activities for children aged 5 to 15 years old. The program runs from July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM. The interview process is described as easy and fun.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a fitness, recreation, or educational setting.
• Ability to create fun, engaging, and safe fitness activities for different age groups.
• Strong communication, patience, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background in physical education, youth sports, dance, recreation, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness and movement-based activities for children, tailored to age groups (5 to 15 years old).
• Incorporate games, exercises, and team activities that promote coordination, strength, balance, and overall fitness.
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere where all children feel included and motivated.
• Ensure participant safety by supervising activities and maintaining awareness of children’s abilities and needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, staff as needed.
• Set up and clean up activity space before and after each class session.
