About The Position

Athletes Global Corporation is seeking two Fun Fitness Instructors to lead structured fitness and movement-based activities for children aged 5 to 15. The programs will take place at two locations within the Hillsborough School District on specific dates in July 2026. Instructors will be responsible for creating engaging and safe activities, fostering a positive atmosphere, ensuring participant safety, communicating with stakeholders, and managing the setup and cleanup of activity spaces. The goal is to empower youth through leadership skills that promote self-reliance and success.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a fitness, recreation, or educational setting.
• Ability to create fun, engaging, and safe fitness activities for different age groups.
• Strong communication, patience, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background in physical education, youth sports, dance, recreation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness and movement-based activities for children, tailored to age groups (5 to 15 years old).
• Incorporate games, exercises, and team activities that promote coordination, strength, balance, and overall fitness.
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere where all children feel included and motivated.
• Ensure participant safety by supervising activities and maintaining awareness of children’s abilities and needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, staff as needed.
• Set up and clean up activity space before and after each class session.
