Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate monthly activity calendars
- Lead activities that support residents' physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being
- Organize arts and crafts, entertainment, outings, and special events
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Support team members with resident engagement
- Maintain supplies and materials for sensory and enrichment programs
