About The Position
We are hiring multiple FullStack Software Engineers with TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance for our Ft Meade, Maryland location. We are seeking candidates at the mid-level, Senior, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) levels. The roles involve leading the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of complex software systems, including high-volume analytics, real-time applications, advanced algorithms, and database solutions. Positions provide technical direction, ensure software quality, performance, and process compliance, and involve working with complex databases, DevOps technologies, and CI/CD tools.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance required.
- Mid-level: 11 years with a high school diploma or 7 years with a bachelor's degree.
- Senior: 18 years with a high school diploma or 14 years with a bachelor's degree.
- SME: 24 years with a high school diploma or 20 years with a bachelor's degree.
- Expertise translating user and system requirements into software design and performance requirements.
- Ability to design, code, integrate, debug, test, document, and enhance complex software systems and algorithms.
- Experience leading software development teams, monitoring performance, and performing quality control.
- Experience with complex databases, data repositories, interfaces, queries, and system integration.
- Windows or UNIX application development using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or related languages.
- Experience with DevOps build and deployment technologies such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo and building automated pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of complex software systems.

- Provide technical direction across multiple development teams.
- Ensure software quality, performance, and process compliance.
- Translate user and system requirements into software design and performance requirements.
- Design, code, integrate, debug, test, document, and enhance complex software systems and algorithms.
- Lead multiple software development teams, delegate work, monitor performance, and enforce quality control.
- Work with complex databases, data repositories, interfaces, queries, and system integration.
- Perform Windows or UNIX application development using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or related languages.
- Utilize DevOps build and deployment technologies such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
- Implement CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo and build automated pipelines.
- Evaluate software reuse, COTS/GOTS solutions, hardware/software trade-offs, and new technologies and processes.
- Resolve defects and improve software performance.
- Support database and algorithm development.
- Contribute technical leadership and quality control throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop database queries, interfaces, algorithms, and software test procedures.
- Support team leadership and process improvement.
