About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join a dynamic technology team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise-level applications. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Proven expertise in object-oriented design and programming using Java/J2EE.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new application features and components.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with QA teams to support testing efforts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end application components.
- Ensure applications meet quality, performance, security, and scalability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to application architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
