About The Position

We are seeking a Junior/Mid Fullstack Developer with expertise in .NET/C# for backend development and React for frontend development. This role involves developing and maintaining web applications, implementing new features, APIs, UI components, and integrations. A key aspect of this position is supporting the development of AI-enabled features, including assistants, document-based Q&A, summaries, analysis, and workflow automation. You will work with LLM-based tools and APIs to integrate AI capabilities into business applications, support simple RAG or knowledge-based solutions, and help create reusable AI workflows, prompts, or “skills” for repeatable business tasks. Collaboration with developers, product stakeholders, and business users is essential to translate requirements into working software solutions. The role also includes testing, validating, and improving application features, including AI-generated outputs, and utilizing modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, for coding, debugging, documentation, and research.

Requirements

• Commercial or strong project experience with C#/.NET, enabling backend development of business applications.
• Experience with React and JavaScript or TypeScript, enabling development of modern frontend interfaces.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, application integrations, and basic software architecture.
• Practical interest or initial experience in building AI-enabled application features using LLMs or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of RAG, AI-in-the-loop, prompts, and the use of external knowledge or documents in AI-based features.
• Awareness of common AI-related risks, such as hallucinations, data privacy, security, and the need to validate AI-generated outputs.
• Experience using AI tools in the software development process, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with new AI-related technologies and approaches.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English, enabling clear communication in an international environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Experience with vector search, knowledge-base search, document processing, or AI assistants.
• Experience building chatbots, document Q&A tools, automation workflows, or AI-supported business features.
• Own AI-related project, demo, GitHub repository, or portfolio showing practical use of AI in software development.
