About The Position

LCUC branch is unique! We seamlessly serve members of both WSECU and TwinStar, exemplifying TwinStar Credit Union’s & WSECU’s Member Experience principles, you’ll recommend and refer a wide range of appropriate products and services. With your knowledge, caring and eagerness to help, you will know our members by name and they will know you! Your day might include: Providing excellent member service in a fast-paced environment Accurately and efficiently handling cash Working successfully as a part of a diverse branch team Effectively using resources to assist members with routine and complex financial needs Recommending products and services based on member needs Assisting members of our two partner credit unions –WSECU and TwinStar CU in an efficient, professional manner Observing WSECU Code of Conduct and operating standards and performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements What you might bring to the team: Proficiency in Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel and Word Computer experience Effective listening skills, tactful oral and written communication Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy and professionalism Positive attitude, ability to work individually and as part of a team Ability to form recommendations, ability to cross-sell products and services Ability to research and solve numeric discrepancies Bonus Points if you have: Credit Union experience and/or one year of experience in a financial institution or retail/service related position Financial institution experience and an understanding of financial regulations Sales/customer service training Experience maintaining and balancing a cash drawer Competitive base pay: $18.86 - $28.29 per hour or annual, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package The target starting pay for this position is $18.86 - $23.58 per hour, typically within the first half of the range . Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant’s pay history into account. The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position. Where we’re located: 4540 6th Ave. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 When you’d work: Monday-Friday 8:15 am-6:15 pm, Saturdays 9:15 am-3:00 pm (Saturdays required), and some evenings as needed, full-time minimum 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to meet service needs.
