Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma
Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care
Excitement to learn and grow with a supportive, expanding team
A passion for delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners
Comfort collaborating with Assistant Teachers and other classrooms throughout the school
Skill with positive, proactive classroom management techniques
Nurturing instincts that support children in leading their own learning through play

Responsibilities

Bring Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to life in fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate ways
Lead large and small group activities, staying hands-on and present with students
Build genuine, lasting relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers
Celebrate student progress and milestones with parents
Help maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom in line with state licensing requirements
Partner with Lead and Assistant Teachers and other classrooms across the school
