About The Position

We’re looking for an organized, outgoing individual to join our recruiting team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys talking to people, and is interested in gaining real-world experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Full training provided – no prior recruiting experience required!

Requirements

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week in office
• Located in or near Sandy, UT

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to applicants who have applied to our sales positions
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and interest
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews on our team’s calendars
• Keep accurate notes and follow up as needed
