Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Active Illinois clinical license or license-eligible status (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children and adolescents is strongly preferred.
Bilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 completed client sessions per week for full-time employment.
Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, and other providers as appropriate.
Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
Help create an engaging, welcoming experience for clients while contributing to our positive team culture.
