About The Position
Carewise Solutions in Tampa is seeking Full-Time Nurses (LPN/RN) to join their team. This role offers a patient ratio of 1:6 in an easygoing, community-based environment with moderate acuity. The team provides support from RTs and CNAs for charting and med pass, allowing nurses to focus on patient care. The position offers consistent 12-hour shifts and includes initiative and retention bonuses. The hiring process is designed to be quick for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening
- Dependable, compassionate, team player
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred (home health, hospice, rehab, or acute care)
