About The Position
An active family relocating to Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time nanny to support their three children, including one toddler who will be the primary focus of daytime care. The family is looking for a calm, dependable, and long-term fit who enjoys partnering closely with involved parents and becoming an integrated part of the family’s rhythm over time. Both parents maintain flexible schedules and are highly engaged in their children’s daily lives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working collaboratively alongside hands-on parents, communicating openly, and helping coordinate the moving parts of a busy household. As the children grow and school schedules evolve, the role will naturally expand to include more driving, activity coordination, and overall household support. The family values a nanny who is patient, grounded, and even-tempered, someone who brings a calm presence to the home, exercises good judgment, and is highly reliable and punctual. The children are active, social, and involved in a variety of activities including sports, dance, swimming, and camps. The schedule will generally be Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekend coverage is appreciated but not required. The family travels periodically during school breaks and summer months; travel with the family is generally not required. The family is hoping for a start date in June but is flexible for the right long-term fit.
Requirements
- Strong prior experience caring for multiple children of varying ages.
- Calm, patient, and emotionally steady demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, parent-present environment.
- Excellent judgment and strong communication skills.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Confident driver with experience transporting children.
- Active, hands-on approach to childcare and engagement.
- Comfortable managing busy schedules and coordinating logistics.
- CPR certification
- Confident around pools and water safety; strong swimming ability is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative household environment.
- Able to provide strong references and pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for three children, with primary daytime focus on the toddler.
- Coordinate school pickups, activity drop-offs, and daily schedules alongside parents.
- Drive children safely to and from school, camps, lessons, and activities using the provided nanny vehicle.
- Engage children in active, age-appropriate play and outdoor activities.
- Support routines related to meals, naps, transitions, and after-school flow.
- Assist with child-related household tasks including: Children’s laundry, Tidying play areas and bedrooms, Organizing backpacks, activity gear, and schedules
- Support swimming and outdoor play with strong attentiveness to safety.
- Collaborate closely with parents and maintain open communication regarding schedules and routines.
- Provide occasional support for evenings or weekends as needed.
