About The Position

Requirements
- Previous childcare experience required
- Experience supporting children with developmental delays and special needs required
- First Aid/CPR certifications and training in seizure response (emergency preparedness required)
- Must be able to reliably commute
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- At least 10 years of previous professional Nanny experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping / light household management, as time permits, including children's laundry, meal preparation, tidying, and toy clean-up
- Assistance with daily living activities, including dressing, diapering, and feeding
- Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities to support physical, social, and cognitive development (games, crafts, outdoor play)
- Supporting communication development, including the use of appropriate verbal or non-verbal communication aids as needed
- After-school care and supervision for the family's 5-year-old
- As-needed transportation using the family's vehicle
Benefits
