As a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Prior experience operating commercial washers and dryers is helpful but not required
Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, vacuums, and other housekeeping equipment

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards
Replenish guest supplies and amenities
Inspect rooms and report rooms ready for sale to the Front Desk
Dust and clean all guest room furnishings and fixtures
Check room conditions and report maintenance concerns or damages
Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies in a safe and organized manner
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
Handle guest concerns courteously and effectively
Promote a positive guest experience through friendly and helpful service
Assist with laundry operations and public area cleaning
Complete deep-cleaning assignments as directed
Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
Wear required uniform and name tag
Maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance
Work cooperatively with team members and other departments
Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Support the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company
Perform additional duties as assigned
