Requirements

Current CNA license in the State of Arizona
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and make a real difference

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
Under the supervision of an RN, perform personal care needs including bathing, assist with dressing, change bed linens, prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding patients, take vitals when ordered, etc.
Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence
