About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time Caregiver to join our supportive team in Longmont. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, providing essential personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light exercise support.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
- Patience, reliability, and a desire to brighten someone's day.

Responsibilities
- Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Cook simple, nutritious meals and keep living spaces clean and organized.
- Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health cues.
- Engage in active companionship, including conversation, games, walks, and accompanying clients on errands or appointments.
- Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
