About The Position

A family in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver for their elderly father. The position involves providing transportation assistance, accompanying the client to appointments, offering companionship and support, assisting with light meal preparation and household tasks, and helping maintain a safe and engaging home environment. The caregiver must be comfortable with lifting and transfers as needed.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; must be able to commute reliably
• Must be comfortable assisting with as needed lifting and transfers (up to 140 lbs)

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting individuals with cancer is a plus
• First Aid/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation assistance to and from appointments using the family vehicle
• Accompany client to appointments as an additional support person and attentive listener
• Offer companionship and general support following appointments
• Assist with light meal preparation and light household support
