Requirements
- 6+ months previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA is required but what matters most is a big heart.
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
- Patient, reliable, and eager to brighten someone’s day.
Responsibilities
- Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
- Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
- Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
- Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
