About The Position

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Full Stack Video Creator, Designer & Editor to own the complete video production process for Bask Health—from concept development and original design to animation, editing, and final delivery. This is a "designer who edits" role. We are not looking for a traditional editor who simply cuts existing footage or uses stock templates. You must be capable of building visual assets, graphic designs, and layouts completely from scratch (from zero to one). The ideal candidate combines a strong graphic design eye with motion graphics and editing expertise. You will report directly to our Creative Director.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production, graphic design, motion design, or video editing.
• Must-Have: Proven ability to create original graphic designs, visual layouts, and static elements from scratch. If you rely solely on pre-existing template assets, this role is not for you.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Obsession with craftsmanship, high visual standards, and strong attention to detail.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, passionate mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, creative treatments, storyboards, mood boards, and animatics.
• Design Original Assets: Create custom graphics, illustrations, typography, layouts, and visual elements from scratch in Illustrator/Photoshop before bringing them into video.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, explainers, and branded animations in Adobe After Effects.
• Full-Funnel Video Editing: Combine video, custom graphics, animation, music, voiceover, sound effects, and color grading into cohesive, polished final assets.
• Maintain an exceptionally high level of craftsmanship across video, motion, color, typography, and overall visual style, strictly applying Bask Health brand guidelines.
• Create high-craft video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, websites, presentations, and digital experiences.
• Adapt videos for multiple formats, aspect ratios, lengths, and platforms.
• Explore new creative technologies, AI-assisted tools, plugins, and production techniques that improve quality and efficiency.
