About The Position

The Full Stack Tech Lead (AI Native) will lead the technical direction of our customer-facing identity platform. You will use AI coding assistants to modernize SSO via Auth0 and migrate legacy systems while maintaining secure authentication standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience (3+ in leadership).
• Deep expertise in IAM (Auth0, Okta) and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC/SAML).
• Proficiency in AI-augmented development, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong background in security best practices and Agile methodology.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with legacy IDP migrations, Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK/Terraform), and UI accessibility (WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Champion AI-native tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and provide technical mentorship across AWS and full-stack domains.
• Manage Auth0 implementation, OIDC/SAML protocols, and secure migration strategies with zero customer disruption.
• Oversee Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and React development while refactoring legacy systems.
• Partner with InfoSec and Product Owners to align technical specs and monitor platform health via New Relic.
