About The Position

We are seeking a Full Stack Super SWE to build the core product platform for Archie, an AI engineer agent for the physical world. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product features, spanning architecture, backend, frontend, and reliability. You will develop and adopt state-of-the-art best practices for using coding agents in the development workflow. The position requires close collaboration with forward-deployed engineers, AI researchers, fellow SWEs, and founders to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new product concepts. Continuous shipping, customer feedback response, and rapid iteration are key aspects of this role.

SWE heavyweight that can work across architecture, infrastructure, back end, front end, and everything in between.
Taken products or significant features from concept through production and can clearly explain the engineering decisions made along the way.

Always experimenting with the latest AI products to optimize your workflow for efficiency and code caliber.
Have public proof of talent through products, open-source work, personal projects, technical writing, or other artifacts you've created.
Thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership is high, ambiguity is normal, and shipping quickly matters.
Aggressive approach to AI-assisted development and constantly pushing the limits of coding agents.
Build excellent backend systems and understand what performant, well-structured frontend code looks like.
Comfortable owning architecture, backend, frontend, deployment, and reliability when the problem demands it.
Motivated by the goal of building superintelligence for engineering.

Responsibilities

Build the core product platform upon which Archie is built and shipped to customers.
Responsible for end-to-end product features that may span architecture, back end, front end, and reliability.
Develop and adopt state of the art best practices for using coding agents in the team's development workflow.
Work closely with our forward deployed engineers, AI researchers, fellow SWEs, and founders to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on entirely new product concepts.
Ship continuously, respond to feedback from customers, and refine the product through rapid iteration.
