Full Stack Software Engineer
About The Position
This position is a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Dealer Learning Management (DLM) product team, which is part of the Dealer Network & Employee Engagement (DNEE) Product Line. The key application asset in DLM is STARS (Standardized Training and Resource System). STARS is the infrastructure for managing training for dealer, fleet, and career entry employees for the Ford and Lincoln Brands globally. The team is organized as a product-based team delivering software to enable learning opportunities and certification for dealer and fleet employees worldwide. STARS is currently used in many countries around the world in North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and EMS, and is available in 32 languages. Our engineers develop across the full stack of technologies to provide end-to-end user value. We work in balanced teams of product managers, software engineers, product designers, and product owners who collaborate to ensure that we deliver the right solution to the desired outcome based on validated Lean/Agile methods.
