Requirements
- Experience with Javascript (Typescript, React, Node, Next)
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with System Architecture
Responsibilities
- Build consumer-facing software, such as optimizing interviewer response latency and fine-tuning AI models to decrease hallucination and pass the Turing test.
- Build enterprise-grade software, including integrating with customer hiring systems, presenting interview results visually and quickly, and expanding the platform to coordinate the hiring process end-to-end.
- Address system architecture challenges as the user base scales.
- Implement numerous feature requests.
