About The Position

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to the future of our product by collaborating with Product, Design, and their squad to ship impactful features and milestones. This role involves bringing designs to life by working closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences. The engineer will learn and grow alongside senior engineers while helping to support and onboard newer members of the team. Responsibilities include scoping and estimating work in collaboration with the tech lead, writing quality code with an emphasis on testing for maintainable and scalable solutions, and participating in architectural discussions. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving bugs, taking initiative on work, and participating in collaborative opportunities like hackathons. Additionally, the engineer will work with AI and automation, leveraging AI coding assistants and internal automations to build faster, while owning the quality and correctness of what is shipped. Code reviews and planning conversations are also part of the role to continuously improve team processes and output.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python.
  • Experience building dynamic, user-friendly applications.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and figure things out on the fly in a start-up environment.
  • High degree of empathy for understanding user needs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable using AI coding assistants and working alongside automations in the development workflow.

Responsibilities
