Full-Stack Software Engineer
About The Position
Liquid is a mobile-first, non-custodial trading platform that lets people trade perpetual markets in stocks, pre-IPO companies, indices, commodities, FX and crypto, plus prediction markets, from one app on iOS and Android. It was the first to bring trading into ChatGPT, and its Co-Invest product adds conversational research and execution in Claude, ChatGPT and iMessage. Liquid has raised $25M, including a Series A led by top crypto and fintech investors, is at roughly $7-8M in annualized gross revenue and is growing close to 100% month over month. The team is small, flat and senior. Liquid is hiring Full-Stack Software Engineers (3+ years) to take full product ownership on a fast-growing trading platform as it expands into an institutional business.
Requirements
- 3+ years shipping production software at a high-velocity startup, trading firm or fintech
- Degree from a top computer science program
- Strong academic record
- Excellent communication and collaboration
Nice To Haves
- Quant or trading-firm background (e.g. Two Sigma, Jane Street, Citadel, HRT, SIG)
- Experience at Bloomberg, Robinhood, Kalshi, Polymarket or similar
- Full-stack web and mobile ownership
Responsibilities
- Ship production features across web, mobile and backend for a high-velocity trading product.
- Own product areas end to end in a flat, high-agency team.
- Build for reliability and correctness in a real-money trading environment.
- Work directly with senior operators across the company.
