Requirements

• Experience with Javascript (Typescript, React, Node, Next)
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with System Architecture

Responsibilities

• Build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software.
• Address challenges such as reducing interviewer response latency to 200ms.
• Fine-tune models to decrease hallucination and improve AI performance.
• Adapt system architecture for scaling to thousands of concurrent users.
• Integrate with customer internal hiring systems.
• Develop effective visual presentations of interview results.
• Expand the AI's capability to coordinate the hiring process end-to-end.
• Implement various feature requests.
