About The Position

We’re looking for a (Full-Stack) Software Engineer to join our growing team and help design, build and scale modern digital products. You will have a strong focus on web and mobile development, across both front-end and back-end development. As part of a small agile team, you will be collaborating closely with customers on customising existing software and developing new products. You will also play a role in product management and building software that is robust and customer-centric.

Requirements

Strong commercial experience with JavaScript / React Native
Commercial experience building and maintaining services in Go (Golang)
Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles (APIs, version control, testing, security)
Experience working in agile, customer‑led teams
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
3+ years of experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
Exposure to Next.js
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

Designing, building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications.
Developing and maintaining backend services focusing on performance, reliability and security.
Collaborating with customers to deliver new features end to end.
Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Supporting CI/CD practices, testing and code quality standards.
Opportunities to become involved in projects involving other business platforms including Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric and Copilot Agents.
